Required Skills (for the resources needed immediately):
- 5-8 years of experience doing QA
- System integration testing
- Writing structured test scripts for Oracle CX and Oracle ERP
- Knowing customer experience/front office stuff
- ERP knowledge: General ledger, AP/AR, and commissions
- Jira experience for storing test scripts and scenarios
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – able to determine if code is wrong, test script is wrong, data is inaccurate, etc. Ability to spend time to understand why and hand off to the right team to fix it.
- Testing execution
BIG Nice to have:
- Experience with testing automation tools (ie: Selenium, HP QC, CA ALM (QTP), Load Runner/Win Runner, Cucumber, Gherkin)
- Acceptance Test Driven Development
- Experience in the cloud (preferably with Oracle or Salesforce) that has written testing automation
