Agile Quality 2.0 - It's About Balance - Silly!
More than 20 years has passed since the Agile Manifesto introduced the world to new ways of working within Software Development. One of the key benefits of Agile was supposed to be built-in quality and yet, in most cases, quality has become the biggest challenge for Agile and DevOps product teams.
Why does quality continue to lag? Because many development teams have gone too far in favor the “left side” of agile tenants and taken the risk of out-right ignoring the proven good practices of the “right side” of quality. How do you balance proven good practices with contemporary agile tenants and add quality activities that greatly improve the success of a Product team.
Join us for this interactive session on Agile Quality 2.0 to support your team in having a balanced and effective approach to Quality.
