In this presentation, we will explore the findings from the 13th annual World Quality Report - as well as introduce emerging technologies and trends that will impact testing and product quality in 2022 and beyond. 

In 2022, there is going to be a new reality regarding quality and testing in a post-pandemic world. What does it mean that only 59% of organizations believe that they finally have the right test strategy in place and nearly 50% of organizations lack confidence in being able to achieve their quality goals?!

How will the "Great Resignation", composable Quality, decision intelligence, hyper-automation, and “total experience” impact the landscape of Quality in 2022?

The World Quality Report points to the reality that companies are making hard choices with ever shrinking budgets and timelines.  What will the impact be for the trend towards ditching regression testing to save Agility and DevOps?

Robert Gormley has his fingers on the pulse of the quality assurance profession and is a frequent guest presenter for TCQAA, as well as many national conferences.  He is currently a Chief Essentialist & Solution Architect of Continuous Quality at Trissential and has worked for 20+ years in Quality Assurance.  With broad process leadership expertise, he has delivered digital transformation through quality management within Fortune 500 companies across all industries.  He helps companies transform their business through Agile, DevOps, RPA, Automation, IoT, and AI/ML.
