Presenters Bio:

John has been defining, analyzing, testing, and managing processes, applications, and technologies for over 20 years. His career includes a mix of employment and consulting for businesses of all shapes and sizes.

John’s passions lie within coaching teams through change, finding and implementing improvements in workflows and processes, documenting complex solutions, establishing operational efficiencies, performing metrics driven actions and results, establishing processes and policies, and governing adoption and adherence to standards.
