Bio(s) - not to be confused with bios:
Allen Fisher has been involved with QA and DevOps for over 20 years. He started his career testing Finale, one of the world’s foremost desktop publishing applications for sheet music. After spending over 10 years at MakeMusic, Allen hit the road and became an evangelist for Eggplant, the graphical test automation toolset. During that time, he became interested in DevOps as a discipline and began working in that discipline first as a CI/CD engineer. Allen is now a DevOps consultant for Sogeti USA.
Chris Macgowen wrote his first software in college targeting the Intel 8080 and Motorola 6800 microprocessors. As a Software Engineer he has engineered software using C/C++, C#, Objective-C and Java targeting the Windows, Unix and iOS platforms. Chris is a senior consultant for Sogeti USA, building test automation solutions.
