Outline:  Customer demands require a high velocity of digital innovation without sacrificing quality.  To capitalize on opportunities, digital winners are maniacally focused on ensuring their web & mobile user experiences exceed their customer’s expectations and outpace their competition.  Time, quality, & cost are balanced to reduce risk.  What are the minimum required capabilities for success?  Digital winners ensure broad test coverage, a high degree of test automation, fast feedback, and process integration to stay on top.  Let’s double-click on these in the context of a mobile-first economy where your first impression may be your last.

RBC Wealth Management has incorporated the DevOps methodology with our Perfecto Mobile Lab devices.  We will be presenting the high level flows achieved through automation and DevOps tools to show how we have just began our journey. Our goal is to share our experience so technical questions and inquires will be welcome.

Warren McLeod is the RBC Global Wealth Management Senior Quality Engineering Manager for Performance, Automation and Web Services. He has over 20 years of successful experience leading many teams through multiple industries, always seeking ways to empower them to excel, both personally and professionally.
