Quality Requires Safety

Many organizations focus on tools and processes to increase software quality while ignoring the human aspects!

People working in an "unsafe" environment will find it hard to create quality software products regardless of the tools they employ. Using real examples, this talk will provide attendees with actionable practices they can adopt immediately to foster a safe workplace that invites effective communication and produces quality software products.

About our Presenter:

Ebenezer C. Ikonne is a practitioner-academic (pracademic) with over 20 years in product development.  He is currently a product and engineering leader at Cox Automotive. He has held middle- to senior-level leadership and management positions in large organizations, small corporations, and startups.

He regularly speaks on issues relating to leadership, followership, organizational culture, business strategy, product management, and software development.
