Has your regression test suite gotten out of control?  Take too long to execute?  Do you really know what is in your regression test suite?  Does your regression test suite spark joy or annoyance for your project team and stakeholders?

Maybe it's time to take a KonMari-like approach to tidying up and bringing fresh order to your regression test suite.  In this presentation we'll cover:

  • Identifying high-level regression test suite needs
  • Mapping out regression test suites
  • Using a 5 criteria basis to get to a critical regression test suite
  • Periodic "pruning"

Goal: Spark Regression Test Suite JOY

"We should be choosing what we want to keep, not what we want to get rid of." — Marie Kondo
