Develop a Quality Strategy with Measurable Value

Summary:

75% of organizations have a testing strategy focused on Functional & Regression Testing.  If your team is following this approach, do you know if it is effective?  How much value is it delivering to your organization?  How should you measure the success of your strategy?  How should test architecture play into that strategy?

In this session, you’ll learn why most strategies focused on Functional & Regression Testing don’t work.  We’ll look into how to pivot your current strategy so that it can be more effective, efficient, and cost effective.  Finally, we’ll talk about success measures that are key to elevating the conversation about the value of quality.
