Agile is a mindset, not a process. It fundamentally changes the way teams work together. This is particularly true with the relationship between QA and Development.

Through examples and discussions, this session aims to introduce some fundamental QA practices that teams can implement to advance this agile mindset.

We will explore:

  • Defining ‘done’ for a Sprint. Should it include QA?
  • Ways for the business, QA, and Development to reach agreement on acceptance criteria.
  • Tips & techniques for more effective acceptance criteria.
  • Tools for translating acceptance criteria into tests.
  • Test automation
