Abstract:

The presentation cites evidence from many sources that providers of professional services … both firms and individuals … operate in a single, global market for human capital. To operate successfully in this global market, providers of professional expertise must endeavor to differentiate their skills & experience (Professional Development) and should have an effective marketing plan. The presentation is in two sections: Evidence that the single global market exists and is self-sustaining; and Strategy responses in light of these market dynamics.

Bio:

Mr. Adams is Principal Consultant, CDI-IT Solutions. CDI is a Philadelphia-based global services and solutions provider that offers BPO, ITO, and human capital management to Engineering and IT markets. Prior to joining CDI, Mr. Adams had an extensive and varied career in Information Technology and Outsourcing. Mr. Adams holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth University.
