THE SPEAKERS AND PRESENTATION:
Abstract:
This presentation covers common
challenges experienced while working in a fluid environment. It also provides
possible solutions in dealing with the challenges. The author illustrates these
points with her own experiences.

BIO:
Erin Nardo is currently consulting as a
business analyst. Past positions include information services manager, business
analyst, and test manager. Erin received her CSTE certification in 2001. She has
presented at several quality conferences in the past.
