Information Technologies Infrastructure Library, a model with focus on service
delivery for IT
Bio:
Glen
Larson has been in the IT Industry for over 20 years in various leadership,
process engineering, project management and system support roles. He currently
is an ITIL Consultant supporting a variety of clients in the Minneapolis area.
He has worked for large organizations in the Twin Cities such as United Health
Group as the ITIL Process Architect and at Best Buy, where among other things,
he designed, implemented and managed their Problem Management processes. Glen
has his ITIL Foundation and Master Certifications.
