Biography:
Erin Pierce is currently at U.S. Bancorp. The project she has been involved with is the testing standardization project, which is implementing a consistent testing methodology enterprise wide. She has been most involved with the training and "how to" implement aspects. Erin Pierce is currently involved in a leasing acquisition project as the testing manager.
Paper was presented before at the 2001 QAI International Information Technology Quality Conference. Has also been published in the Journal of Software Testing Professionals.
