TCQAA Sponsored QAI  Prep Courses!

• Twin Cities Quality Assurance Association (TCQAA) is once again hosting a preparatory class for the CQA and the CSTE exam. The class will be an intense one-day event led by an instructor from the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) in Orlando, Florida, the administrators of the CQA and CSTE certifications. Attached is information about the classes and registration forms.

• QAI initiated the CQA certification program in 1985 and has awarded over 3,000 CQA certifications worldwide. QAI initiated the CSTE certification program in 1996 and has awarded over 2,200 certifications worldwide. These preparatory courses are the only courses approved by QAI for exam applicants.
