Abstract:
If the software doesn’t crash, is it quality
software?
This session will address those things that need to be
measured when determining whether or not quality software is being
produced. It is important to establish quality metrics from both a
software engineering and a customer perspective. It will also introduce
the audience to function points as a normalization factor.
Four key metrics will be introduced that determine the
quality of software.
