Requirements: Keys to Project Success

As project people, we all know that good requirements are important to the success of any project. We also know that requirements are not always as thorough as they need to be and our projects suffer as a result. In this presentation, I will focus on tips, hints and approaches for effectively gathering quality requirements.

Currently a Senior Consultant with the Willow Group, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in custom application project work for the Travel/Transportation and Financial Services industries, Lee has built his expertise as a Project Manager in Financial Services. Most recently Lee has been working with senior management within a Brokerage Operations Group at a major financial services organization to improve business processes. In addition to his project management work, Lee has been actively involved in training and leading project productivity seminars.
