Project Management processes, Systems Development Life Cycles, and Methodologies define processes that, by themselves, address only one portion of projects. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota recognized the need to integrate these processes (and others) in order to deliver quality solutions to their customers. The mechanism for delivery is an intranet and has been named ‘ATLAS’.
Curtis Highet will talk about how quality techniques and methods have been integrated into the processes at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and how they have been communicated to the organization. He will:
- Introduce ATLAS
- Define attributes of process
- Show how Blue Cross Minnesota integrated processes with a project life cycle
- Communicate their integrated solution
This presentation will be valuable to you if you are a development manager, QA manager, or are otherwise involved in helping organizations incorporate good processes in everyday development work.
