Many of us are working on process improvement. Whether we use the CMM or not, we know that what we want to measure evolves over time. Sometimes this evolution is dependent on maturity level, but what you measure really depends on what you need to know in your organization. This talk will explain how to continue using the Goal-Question-Metric paradigm as you work on your process improvement or in your projects. We'll address questions of when and how to measure such things as productivity, efficiency, and project success, as your organization evolves, especially as you move through CMM levels.
