The speaker will share experiences and the results of implementing "Formal Inspections" as a defect prevention/detection technique in the software development lifecycle. The focus will be for Quality professionals who are considering implementing "Formal Inspections" in their organization.

About the Presenter:

Paul has over twenty years in the IT industry, and has worked as a Quality Manager and Test Manager for several International "Fortune 500" and "Blue Chip" clients. Paul specializes in Quality Assurance, Business Strategy and Software Testing. He has a B.Sc. Honors Computer Science, CSTE, MBCS, Chartered IT Engineer and is currently completing an MBA. Paul believes that the Quality Assurance should facilitate quality improvements and does not like the "quality police" approach.
