About the Program:

Metrics.. what they are and how to use them.
An overview of metrics and how to effectively implement and use a measurement program within an organization. Discusses a variety of measurement types and the advantages of each. Suggests an implementation plan for organizations interested in beginning to measure their quality levels.

About the Presenter:

Ken Finsaas is a Managing Consultant at Interim Technology.  He has worked in software development for more than 15 years, with most of the past decade spent in management roles. Prior to joining Interim Technology, he was Director and Vice President of Development and Quality Assurace in a number of organizations.

He is a prior speaker at QAI and SQE national conferences.
