The business need is to train them in structured testing methodologies What will be covered?

  2. How to teach the importance of structured testing.
  3. Dealing with vocabulary differences. The words "Test Case" mean different things to different people.
  4. How to train without being boring (really!).
  5. Users and developers have different strengths and weaknesses. How to recognize and make the most of this.
