Gordon's presentation will address how process improvements are being made at AAL by identifying projects 'outside the norm'. Using 5 key IS measures, implemented projects are reviewed, discussed and results documented each quarter, by a group of Application Development Services staff and project managers. This information is used as input to future project planning and development processes. Come and learn about this software process improvement approach used at AAL and the benefits they've received by implementing it.
