Corporate Instructions
Dear Corporate Representative:
TCQAA is Celebrating our 10th Anniversary by inviting members to be our guests at a dinner buffet and program at the Radisson Hotel South on the evening of Thursday, May 15, 1997. Because of limited seating and a need to confirm reservations, we will need your help in coordinating your corporate registration.
As a corporate member, your company is entitled to a maximum of six complimentary participants to this event. Additional participants may attend at a subsidized cost. It is, however very important to follow the outlined procedures. We ask that only one person be the official contact for your company, you, as the corporate representative, or someone you select to act as your replacement for this event.
We ask that each participant reserve their place with a personal check. For the complementary participants, this check will be returned when they pick up their name tag. Cancellations will be accepted by mail or by the information line, through noon of Monday, May 12. Substitutions are permissible at any time and the check will be returned by mail. If the registered party (or substitute) does not attend, the check will be cashed to recover part of the cost of their absence. Cash receipts will be available.
Because space is limited, reservations will be accepted in the order received. All reservations will be confirmed by phone. When and/or if capacity is reached, both our hot line and web site will be updated to reflect this status.
Please feel free to send in reservations as you receive them, but please, keep track of the people who are registering and the amount submitted for each. We recommend that the individuals who are currently receiving meeting notifications have the first opportunity for complementary registration. If you company has less than six people listed in the directory, your company is still entitled to register 6 complementary participants. All we ask is that you be responsible for coordinating this within your company.
The fee structure is as follows:
- $10.00 - Complementary event for individual members, uncashed personal check to be returned with name tag at time of registration.
- $10.00 - Complementary event for up to 6 corporate members, uncashed personal check to be returned with name tag at time of registration.
- $15.00 - Cost of meeting for Corporate Members in excess of 6. ($10.00 of cost will be subsidized by TCQAA)
- $25.00 - Cost of event for Non-members.
- $35.00 - Cost of new individual membership. Event will be complementary.
- $200.00 - Cost of new corporate membership. Event will be complementary for up to 6 people. Additional subsidized participants allowed.
