The Evolutionary ("Evo") Project Management Approach has proved to be the most successful software project management method. It has been used in conjunction with the "Clean room" method and is a de facto DoD and IEEE standard (Mil Std 498 and Joint Std 016). Hewlett Packard is spreading it successfully corporate wide, practiced as two week cycles. Microsoft does it every 24 hours.
Tom will present a briefing on what "Evo" is all about and will provide experiences with this approach. We will end the evening with a question/answer session and informal discussion.
