The main task of the Membership Committee is maintaining the Membership Database of Members, Visitors, and associated statistics.  Some of the specific tasks are as follows:

  • Enter new and renewing memberships.
  • In-activate lapsed memberships.
  • Print and laminate Name Badges for Members.
  • Take attendance at monthly meetings.
  • Provide a written report for each monthly TCQAA board meeting.
  • Email confirmation of membership to new and renewing Members.
  • Send walk-in notification emails to corporate contact persons.
  • Mail and email renewal notices to Members.
  • Publish Membership directory to the TCQAA website.
  • Respond to emails.
